First run of week 2 completed πŸ™‚! Left knee much better tonight no pain, but the right calf decided it was going to play up instead πŸ™„. Andy Murray is walking better than me πŸ˜‚! Bring on run 2 πŸ‘

Well done! Yes, I'm finding new muscles ache with every run and I'm hobbling around a bit too. I guess we need to be nice to ourselves and keep following the plan. :)

Yeah I’ve found a steadier pace that seems to be helping. The second run on week one I was flying according to Runkeeper πŸ˜‚. Think that’s what did my knee!

Normal aches and pains are expected..if there is real pain... then rest up...

Nah it’s not that bad really! I’m old and Scottish, just like a moan πŸ˜‚. I remember getting shin splints when I used to run when I was much younger, now they were sore!
