You really can do it. It sounds scary, but it’s the first week I managed without needing a single repeat !

I remember my week 5 and dreading it too, but I did it and so can you! Slow and steady, run 3 looks a lot scarier than it is, go for it and you’ll feel awesome at the finish 🙌🏻
