Back to week 5 Run 1.. actually completed it without stopping.. actually enjoyed it.. I'm going to try W5 R2 but it's seems to really jump up this week 🤣🤣

I remember my week 5 and dreading it too, but I did it and so can you! Slow and steady, run 3 looks a lot scarier than it is, go for it and you’ll feel awesome at the finish 🙌🏻
