Week 1 - Run 3 Completed!

Went out this morning and was really happy with my run. It is great waking up and being motivated to actually go out.

The worst thing about today's session wasn't actually the running, but the fiddling about with my music, as it kept cutting out when the coach prompted me to walk, run, etc. Hehehe.

Anyway, I did the thing and I am looking forward to starting on the Week 2 collection. :)

That’s brilliant! Well done, it’s so much easier to stick at something if you enjoy it ...I was the same once I started I really looked forward to the runs and I even took my running gear on holiday in October 😁 first time that’s ever happened ...my kids thought I was insane 😂 but now I run 3 times a week for 30 mins each time and I love it! Still dead slow but I don’t care 😊

Great job on week one. Not sure what to suggest with the music, mine used to resume when coach shut up. Enjoy week 2.
