So tomorrow morning I'll be out doing run 2 of week three! No one is more surprised than me, never been a runner so starting at almost 62 was a risk but, whilst I'm not saying its been easy, Ive not suffered and after effects, stiff legs, sore muscles etc.

I think this is due to following the program, warm up, cooldown correctly Is very important.

Great running. Warmup is certainly vital to the plan, and cooldown avoids some potential issues like blackout, dizziness, nausea, etc, so is pretty vital for the enjoyment! Enjoy run 3
