Finished Week 1 this morning! Found this run harder than the others. Started off fine, running faster as body was just moving naturally but suffered for it later in run! Finished OK but thighs are screaming at me now! Slow and steady really is the key for now!

Congratulations Chris on completing week 1 of C25K, that to some people is the hardest run of the whole program, onwards and upwards to week 2 and beyond to your graduation run in around 8 weeks. 😊 🏃

I felt the same on the last run of week 1. My body wanted to go faster too, but it wasn’t ready to.
