Going to do the last run of week 1 this morning. Will be trying it fasted to prepare my body for using body fat as fuel too to help at the end if races. How do people find they do on fasted runs?

Last run of week 1!
Maybe not a plan at this very early stage of the running...? You have a long way to go and need to be building up all of your body; your running muscles and your strength and stamina.
Not something I would try again.... a fire needs fuel to burn .... I tried it a couple of times before a spin class thinking it would help with fat burning. First time I did it I felt sick half way thru and had to stop, 2 nd I felt faint at the end. I now have a banana before any exercise and feel fine.
I will be interested to know how you get on.
Like the other two respondents, it is not something that I would advise.
Unless you already do a lot of physical exercise, adding running to your life is going to be a huge increase in the demands on your body. To maximize your running, you need to make sure that everything else is in balance......... restedness, hydration, nutrition being the top three, otherwise running will be a hard, unrewarding slog and your adaptation will be diminished.
Didn't end up fasting completely. Had half of a Banana before going out. It waskre difficult than Thursdays run but it was also a different time of day and it was raining so would struggle to compare. I also went to the gym yesterday afternoon. I think I will try doing the same again next week and see how I feel and whether I should have a larger breakfast and eat later. I don't feel as bad as I did after the first run though.
