Hi Cally - me too! It went better than I had feared - first time I have run anywhere apart from for the bus (and don't often bother for that!) for at least 20 years. My thighs are a bit sore - especially up and down the stairs, but really much less pain that I was expecting. Hoping it will have abated by Wednesday!
Well done on making the start. When you've not exercised 60s is a lot so you will ache lol. Make sure you respect your rest days and always take an extra one if needs be π
Well doneππ»ππ». I'm just starting wk2 so just a week ahead of you. Don't forget to Stretch afterwards and on and off thru the day it really does help. Good luck π
