Did my final run today!! 4.2km. Super chuffed with myself. Was flagging a bit at times, but still ran further than I ever have (even if it just five times around the block!).

Right, how do I get me one of those badge thingies?

Fabulous! Well done you. Got up early this morning for my second week 2 run, so graduating for me is a long way off.

It will come in time. I started on 5th November and religiously ran every other day until just after Xmas day when my knee started playing up. Gave myself time to rest and now back eating to go! Keep at it, it works!
