Just back and feeling a bit wobbly but good! Ran some 10k’s about 30 years ago! 55 now and only exercise for years has been walking the dog 🙄! Hoping to aim to run a 10k again by the end of the summer...,we’ll see 😂!

Hey Oldfloss, so unfit I’ve no option but to take it slow and steady 😂. And as for the yellow brick road, I draw the line at running in red heels 😂! Thanks for the encouragement tho!

Thanks for the post! Wouldn’t mind trying to get to HM always regret not pushing onto longer distances when I was younger! We’ll see 🙂
