Today, I started week 8 run 1 and planned to complete the run as normal. However, the app crashed and I hadn't even noticed and by the time I had checked, I ran 4k in 33 minutes and I'm so bloody happy!

I feel amazing. Very unsure whether I've completed C25K early or to continue until I've finished. Where would this run fit in?

Just carry on through week 8..and then Week nine..keep it steady...get the three 30 minute runs tucked under your belt..as you head to the Graduation programme. 😊

Great running... back to the plan, each run builds you, so you need them all. Check the time too next time, keep to the 28s to bring that injury risk back down... you know you got 30, nothing to prove, so just relax and do these 5 runs!
