4K today - cheeky 25 minutes...

Mad busy at work, but managed to sneak in a 25 minute (4K) run this morning in Walsall... Proof that just packing the trainers when you're away from home means you can still get your run on...

I'm still taking it easy and building back my fitness but feeling good!

Happy running y'all! Now back to work... <sigh>

Oh great that you're back Aussie! Running is a powerful drug!

Give us a wave from the motorway when you head back home :)

Glad to hear that you are getting back into the running.

Get you, what a great little run!

I also did a 4k this morning, but a more modest 31.30 minutes - happy with that though.

:) xx
