At Last got to week 9🤪 W9R1 completed! Decided to risk outdoor run this afternoon, after last two or three runs on treadmill fearing injury possibility. Really enjoyed it and and great to be outdoors. Ran a respectable 3.8km in 30min, not bad for a first attempt at the age of 72. Looking forward to my graduation run.🤗🙃

Hi John...I used after my first consolidation run ( a steady 5k ) and it worked wonders on the Calf muscles, so thanks very much for the recommendation, it's going to be worth its weight in gold.
