Woohoo how can anyone be so excited. I woke at 3.30am wanting to do my 1st run. My anticipation was building couldn't get back to sleep so set off at 5am all fired up...you can do this girl. Boy was my legs heavy after the usual 5 mins but plodded on with Laura's encouragement last 5 mins then last 60 seconds 🏃‍♀️spurt on to the finish line was going to jump for joy but hadn't the energy😁

Now ready for 2 days rest then onto R2

Well done !I guess 3:30:is a little too early 😁

The heavy legs is often a symptom of dehydration !

Are you drinking 2.5 to 3 litres a day ! Even non running days ?

Thank you for your reply....I'm drinking 3/4 PINTS of water a day plus about 4 cups of coffee is that not enough? Still enjoying it tho even though it's hard going I look forward to the next one

3 pints is just 1.7 litres , and coffee of course is a diuretic.

This may help
