Well, that's W1R1 completed and I feel great! Was going to put it off because I brisk-walked just over 2 miles to the office this morning and my legs were hurting. I won't do that again because it was too much at this stage but I got through it! :-0

Fantastic. Be kind to yourself, but not so kind you allow the excuses to creep in...I spend lots of time negotiating with the little voice in my head that tells me either to 'go a bit further' or 'give this run a miss because [insert excuse here]'. I try not to listen to either!
