Hi all. R2 W1 done but it’s patently obvious I need new trainers. Any tips or ideas. Not looking to spend hundreds but something which I can use, hopefully, on a park run at the end of this.

Your shoes are what is right for you,, and folk are all different..once you have had gait analysis... then there are bargains to be had... last years colours.. funky colours etc....the shoes are out there waiting!
Hello, I went to Run and Become in week 4 and it was the best thing I could have done. They were brilliant with me and, after 45 minutes of careful assessment, discussion and trying on different shoes, I came away with a pair that I adore. I thought the trainers I started in were fine, but the new shoes were a revelation and I wouldn't hesitate to go back when I need a new pair. They were in the sale and cost £85 but I feel they are worth every penny each time I have gone for a run.
