Managed to get my 100kg carcus out there today. Strange really, in Week 1 I weighed 100kg and still do. Perhaps, with the increased leg muscle and appetite it was inevitable I would stay the same. I shall have a look at weight reduction after completing the course. A lighter body may well increase my speed a bit. Looking forward to graduating!

Good for you , you may need to watch what you're eating and not eating more just because you're running I use Samsung health app and eating 1500 calories and I'm not hungry at all good luck
