Week 9 Run 2 Completed

That was a real struggle today. I had the Toxic 10 in one leg for the first 20 minutes. My breathing was fine which is a real bonus. The first 10 minutes I did at 3.8 mph then dropped down to 3.7 mph but then ran 4.2 mph for one and a half minutes at the end. Total run 30.28 minutes. I hope the next run is better.

Good luck all and keep safe.

Well done, you did it!

Sounds like a good steady pace. I did a long slow run today...average pace 16:32 min/mile...about 3.68mph...with start and finish walk covered 5km/ 3.13 miles in 51:47 😉

Slow and steady will get you there 👍😊🐌🐢🏃🏻‍♀️
