I get a BADGE! Graduated last week.

I heard about graduation badges - but I thought they were metaphorical! I'm so excited that there is an actual BADGE I've just posted this on the page where you can get a badge...

I finished my graduation run on Sunday 4 March. I've kept running this week with the additional NHS podcasts and I've just registered for the Hackney 5k run on 19th May with Virgin. I would love to be able to actually run 5K by then.

This forum and all the advice has been brilliant and this programme has been life changing for me!

That would be great, I don't run with anybody and that's the date I was planning to do my first hackney Marshes Parkrun. Are you meeting at the 'rust' building before?
