So today I did my first run without the c25k app.

I was able to finally reach my 5k (5.3k to be precise) and I ran for 42 mins 🏃‍♀️

It was the first time I listened to a podcast rather than music - at the recommendation of some lovely people on here - it worked really well for me. The time flew and the podcast was engaging and kept me focused (and even smiling) I was able to find my own pace rather than trying to match that of a song I was listening to - it finally fell in to place.
