Just started this finished W1D2, and it went a whole bunch better than the first day.
The first attempt had me run just 3 of the 1min sessions and walk the rest. On the second day I ran 7 of the 1min sessions and only walked through one.
Have enough cardio just have this "my legs are on fire" thing. Plus I seem pretty clunky running..... but it is way to early in the game for that.
