So I just started this morning did my first Run/walk on week 1. Hope it gets easier enjoyed it but had to walk halfway through one of the run Bits.

And very well done. Just keep the runs slow and then slower, the first week I imagined I needed to run like a greyhound 😂 but advice here was slow it all down and that worked for me. I bet you feel great though, looking forward to hearing how your next run goes

I’ve just finished week 1 and found the third run a whole lot easier. There was almost no swearing!!

Well done Mikey. Keep going - it will get easier believe you me! I also say go slow- I still feel like im plodding on week 4! You can do this!

I go really really slowly and it works. Have repeated some weeks twice but slowly progressing..good luck
