Another early one today, that’s week 3 run 2 done at just before 6am, omg I’ve never been so keen to run just to keep warm, was -6* 🥶
I actually did ok, even with out a day off... And managed a bit more distance too.
Knees feeling pretty good now as well which has helped immensely, just a bit of ‘tightness’ when I first started today.
So all being well I’ll finish W3 on Sunday, bring on W4!!
