Well done! That run was my favourite by far cos it’s such a great feeling isn’t it?! I use Map My Run to track my distance. Don’t worry too much about the distance though, the programme is to help you be able to run for 30 minutes (even though it’s called couch to 5k). You’re doing great, keep it going! 👏🏻
Well done!! I am using strava to map my longer runs just to see roughly what my pace is but I’m not really getting too bothered by that just now. It’s amazing just managing to achieve the time that is set! Good luck in week 6! I’m doing week 6 run 2 tomorrow!
mapmyrun works for me and yes it's nice to know but at the minute the important thing is to run for the required time, pace,speed, distance will all come later

Well done you! The 20 minute mark on this programme is quite an occasion eh? I use Strava, but try not to get obsessed with speed if you give it a try. Good luck for Week 6

Brilliant. Am not too far ahead of you but I also found the first 20 min run to be special.... What me running for 20 mins? Fantastic. I use Strava and try to take a photo during the warm up.
Strava is good... and easily set up.
