Few weeks post graduation

I realise I need goals/coaching to keep going, especially as on a treadmill!

I’ve used Nike Running Club, Couch to 5k+ and changed my pace, incline etc.

Today I’ve clicked on the Nike Running Club monthly challenge - to run 50k in January.

I average on 4k in my 30mins but have pushed to complete the 5k once!

Wish me luck 😀

Good luck with the challenge. Have you heard of Zwift? That looks interesting and a great way of staying engaged. If only my gym had WiFi I’d get it.

Ah, that makes sense! I completed the programme last year and stopped soon after. I never really thought about why. My running group finished and I didn’t really have anything to aim for. Am starting up again from the beginning and hope to keep it up when I finish.

It’s having something to work towards - I use guided runs/headspace (a bit of self bigging up 😏) or similar

Thank you I hadn’t thought about it that way! And I was a proper couch potato 😊
