Trying to jumpstart my running mojo ..... I graduated last July after a tough 5 months and promptly broke my ankle doh! So after a break I’m back up to week 8 and 25 ish mins. It’s slow and not very graceful but I’m running!!! This year I WILL run 5k!!!! 🏃‍♀️ Happy New Year runners and thanks for all the support 👍

Getting that running mo Jo started after a break can be difficult, the best thing to do is run for 60 seconds and then walk for about 90 or 120 seconds, in other words repeat weeks 1 or 2 of C25K say every other day until you get your mo jo back. 😊 🏃

You're right Kas, you will! I reckon your 5km is only a few weeks away. Build up slowly. I hope your ankle is fully healed and not giving you any problems. Good luck!
