We 6.5k this morning in 34mins. Was meant to start the NRC programme but sorta just kept running lol. Oops. No but all seriousness I've missed my other activities at the gym etc and my body is feeling it. So going to run 4 times a week for 2 weeks till I get back into full swing then start hammering done sprints etc.
