Hi all, I dramatically changed my lifestyle around 14 months ago. After suffering from pneumonia and finding myself in the hospital for two weeks, I decided it was time to do something about my poor attitude towards my health. I started by quitting smoking, I hadn't smoked during my hospital stay and decided this was the right time to stick with it. Six months ago I switched to a whole food plant based diet, some call it Vegan, in my case, that is not strictly true. I still wear leather shoes and made the change for selfish reasons, my own health and not to change the world. Now it's time to introduce exercise back into my life on a regular basis and think the couch to 5K is a great way to start. Good luck to all!
