All starts tomorrow I need to do this for not just myself but my son to he needs a kidney transplant and I’m hoping to be the the one to provide this have not run for years wish me luck

There’s a motive and a half. Hope all goes well in that respect. Keep the pace down and run comfortable. You can do this and I hope you enjoy the challenge too. Luck isn’t a requirement, you just need commitment, but good luck anyway.
