do'h!! I saw a pregnant lady run at park run recently, she must have been at least 7 months along, she looked good, she was still much faster than non pregnant me! she said she had had to reduce her pace as she got bigger.

enjoy those early days (and nights!)

Hahahahaha that was brilliant, I was just about to type, you should wait until you have your post natal check up!! But I'm thinking that's one examination you wont be needing to have done. Many congratulations daddy, do we get to know what the little man's name is? Lovely post thank you for sharing your wonderful news :)

Aw bless. Sniff. A baby! Is it our first on C25k? You'll need to be casting your eyes over a running buggy then Jake. Running with baby is very 'in' at the moment. Well, maybe not in this current heatwave

You'll be glad of your running in the coming weeks and months as you have to escape for a bit. Babies can be so noisy. I would add to that of course that you will take baby out with you sometimes to give your wife a break. Introduce baby to your running routes to get him used to them. Wait til you're buying him his first running shoes. Exciting times indeed. Enjoy this precious time.

My son is now 30 odd! Crikey, how did that happen

Sorry posted too soon, I graduated only a couple of months before finding out i was pregnant in 2012. I took a break from running and after my baby born last year I did the program again and graduated a second time. there were a few ladies running c25k after babies born. Baby Leo lovley name congrats again, special times :-)

Congratulations. Well, at least you won't have to rely on the car to send him to sleep: put him in the buggy and off for a run :-)
