My first not so smooth run after steady but v gradual increases in distance covered in 30mins. Legs ached before even starting so decided to take it slowly from the start. Well I made the time so putting it down as a stamina building day. Let’s see how it goes on the next run.

Good move. Having a deliberately slow run or two really helps with adding distance in the other one... they’re enjoyable too.
