Ups and downs

I’ve got a rotten cold and ran at the start of it on Sunday. It was my first post grad and it was DREADFUL. Sluggish, tired, wheezy and heavy legs. Only managed 28 minutes and the first time ever I’ve given up.

Today at the back end of the cold, ran and really enjoyed it. Kept going till I hit 4km which was my longest run.

So it just shows some runs are poop and some are ace.
