I have finally completed C25K it took a lot longer than 9 weeks due to work commitments, holidays and illness but I have finished the final run before the year is out. It seamed a long way off when I started running in the park on week 1 when running for a minute was hard enough but I stuck with the program and with Laura in my ear pushing me on the weeks came and went and the runs got easier, next year I will continue running and maybe extend them a bit further but for now I will celebrate graduating.
