good luck they say it takes 6 weeks to get into a new habit I am now getting motivated to start this new habit having an aim helps

I was there 5 months ago Frogzuk...i am now at Parkrun every Saturday running 5k...from nothing ( The Couch). If I can, you will. I hope it is going well.
