Shoes for funny feet :)

Hi all!

I’m only on run two but already finding that I land on the side of my foot and it’s causing the outside (so small toe side) to ache when I’m running; I know this is something I always do from how my day to day shoes always wear. Any advice on trying to correct this or what shoes would help?

Thank you :)

Hi Pippy - if you go to a running shop or some sports shop they have treadmills and do flgait analysis, you run for a minute or two on a treadmill and the qualified person videos it and then can help you chose running trainers that will most suit your style of running. I had this done around week three and noticed an improvement instantly.

Thank you, I believe there’s a good running shop not too far from me so will pay them a visit!

Sounds like something gait analysis will sort out... I agree 100% with what Zaza said above.
