Just arrived in the post, my volunteer club shirt from parkrun. Now to make a start on my 50 one for running 😂

Hope you all have a great Christmas. I’m running tomorrow for the first time ever on Christmas Day, which will be nice to share with little miss UNM, and a nice break for the lesser mentioned Mrs UNM.

Fog is a strange weather event, where I live in Cumbernauld 14 miles from Glasgow, it has been a brilliantly sunny cold day with no fog, whereas in Glasgow parts of the city has been blanked in thick fog all day.

I did 2 a weekend for a while when I was doing seniors and juniors so it came round pretty fast.

Thanks.. it’s a pleasure to be out there in a Sunday watching the junior run. I haven’t volunteered at seniors for a while as I was getting ready to run it before my injury. Hopefully I’ll be on it in February.

After a week on the treadmill I'm venturing out in daylight tomorrow for my first ever Christmas day run. No parkrun just a trot at my pace..boost the confidence and to fill the smug bank 😌merry crimbo 🎅!
