This wasn’t as smooth as I expected. I’ve had two really good runs when I thought everything had clicked. Today, I didn’t like breathing in the cold air and it was also still misty. Still onward and upward , hopefully .

Some runs are just like that, don’t sweat it. For the cold, invest in a Buff scarf (it’s tubular) that you can pull up over your nose and mouth. Warms up the cold air before it hits your lungs. I wouldn’t be without one in the winter. 👍😁

Runs are like life. Some parts of the journey are better than others. It's just a fact and we all experience it. Keep it up, there's another good one just round the corner🏃🏃🏼‍♀️
