Well after having to delay W5R3 due to work pressures thus afternoon I did it and I didn’t die or end up in A and E and I loved. Dare I say I could have run further but I’m so made up onwards and upwards to week 6 now

Well done you should be proud!

Well done, feels a great achievement doesn’t it. 🏃♀️🏃♀️

It's strange how we get to start loving this running lark. It's crazy, but I even like running in the rain 🙂. Enjoy your running, stick with the plan...but I fully agree sometimes you feel you can just go on and on and you will for sure, but slow and steady for now, build up the strength and stamina. Happy running 🎄🙂
Thankyou so much want to do a park run end of January
You will get to the ParkRun without doubt. I did my first as my graduation run, took more than 30 mins. (Still can't do 5K in 30mins). I was terrified, but loved it! Done a few more since then 🙃, done 10K too and heading for a half marathon in February. It's amazing where C25K takes you - happy running, happy days 🎄

Congratulations Andy, so far I have not heard of any runner ending up at A&E after running any of the runs of C25K, although some have suggested that they end their run of week 5 just outside a A&E unit.
Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs 🏃 😊
Yes I have seen the requirements and plan to do R1 before the Grandkids arrive Christmas Morning
