Just a jog?

Wasn't feeling great this afternoon but knew if I didn't do anything I'd regret it later, so went out without Mr Johnson and ran round the block 3 times. When I got home I had recorded 28 mins of jogging! No idea how that happened. So my question is, as my next run was due to be W8R1, which is 28mins, can I say I've done that?

Thank you. I wasn't looking forward to 28mins, but did it probably because I wasn't thinking about it.

Well, you have done it, so I’d say so! Great “naked” run! Enjoy run 2
