Yesss w5r2 done. I coped really well and could’ve carried on a bit after both the 8min runs (but I didn’t). I’m sooo excited about r3 on Friday, I know I’m ready!! 🏃‍♀️😊🏃‍♀️🤣

Good job... you certainly are ready, great to hear you know it, it’s a mental challenge, keep the pace down and controlled and love the feeling at the end of that 20 minutes.

I wouldn’t even be able to catch up with A snail......but I’m just happy to get both feet off the ground. 😂🏃‍♀️😂🏃‍♀️

The good news is snails are evolving to be slower 😂

No, the good news is it doesn’t matter... you’re changing your life and improving fitness... later those snails won’t stand a chance, you may even be able to slipstream a tortoise! Running isn’t about speed, it’s just about running and enjoying yourself while you extend your life expectancy and have the fitness to do anything you want to.
