Another oldie past the finishing line!

Just come back from W9R3 this morning and can’t wait to tell you all! I expected a shower of fireworks to appear on the C25K app! I’ve done it! It’s been a bit up and down - took a break and repeated a week because of an arthritic hip, then did the same again because of a cold. But today was fine, though windy. I’m very conscious that this is not the end but the beginning and thinking about how to motivate myself now 😊
