Past the halfway mark

Just completed run 2 week 5 and feel amazing, probably the best I have felt since starting C25K.

Today I used a Metronome for the first time, what a brilliant little app.

I set it to 170 for the first half of the run then 176 the second half, it really does keep you on track with the pace and found I ran more smoothly.

Roll on Wednesday, that's a big jump from today but bring it on 😄

Well done... there’s no big jump, it’s a little step down... look at the total time between your warm up and cool down... that’s time spent with the heart rate up... and it’s longer than 20 minutes. You can do it!

When I say big jump I mean next run goes from two 8 minute runs to one 20 minute run.

But not worried and can't wait 😃

Yes... and the one before is 8+5+8 which is more that 20 I think!
