Well I could hardly breathe in week 1 and honestly thought that I would not get very far, everyone on here was so encouraging and brilliant support from my daughter kept me going.
I completed week 8 on Friday and embark on week 9 tomorrow.
I still find it really hard, I have a snails pace but feel such a sense of achievement.
My daughter is going to be home for W9 R3 so she is going to do it with me, we managed to do a week 7 run together (well she walked fast)
So thank you everyone for the support and encouragement, especially you Abigail, it has helped so much
