Thanks Shelley. Good to get advice from the coal face, so to speak ! I’ve found the three minute runs a big challenge so I suspect week 4 will involve a good few repeats and gradual building up. The target is to complete it by the end of the first week in January 😀
You can definitely do it, I have faith in you. Remember this week you’ll be running more than you are walking. I’ve got r3 tomorrow. Start week 5 either Monday or Tuesday!!

Congratulations BCK on completing week 3, not advisable to run in deep snow, even if its deep crisp and even, you are not Good King Wenselas, 🎄🎶🎵. Even if the snow is deep, the forecast is that by Monday the snow will have gone, you should be able to resume week 4, good luck for that run🏃

Mine too. I am eating everything in sight though... you can’t out-run a bad diet, and I am the proof!! It’s good to be feeling fitter though x
It’s a shame it doesn’t come off as fast as it goes on ! My eating habits are beginning to improve because I keep thinking how much easier the running would be if I wasn’t so heavy 😁
That’s where I need to be. I had a look at the weight loss forum but it was all scary calorie counting! I do Slimming World though rather off plan at the moment: I need to get my head in gear again. We can do this!
