Just completed W7R1 and found it a lot more easy going than my W6R3. I found my pace after the first five minutes and was going strong. It was only after twenty mins that I felt the struggle. I changed up my route taking a bit more of a main road route which I used to take right at the very start. It reminded me just how far I have come! It was a bit flatter as well which always helps. Feeling great and can't wait to graduate. Got home and realised I've been locked out! 🤦 Only an hour to wait for the other half to get back though so not too bad, still feeling awesome.
