Had a few days break from my last run as I’ve been away. Bit tougher getting into it this morning and took more effort to motivate myself.
However it’s done and enjoyed it, helped being sunny out there. Also helps that I knew I would be posting on here. I can’t believe I’ve actually embraced that aswell.

I’m walking pain free... going to give it a few days and then it’s short runs for a while to strengthen the ligaments again... I may even repeat some runs off the plan.

Good tip for being away and keeping at it is to take your running kit, it’s often satisfying to have a new run in an unfamiliar area. All the best with your 0-5k, you are into it now 😀
