I actually jogged for 20 mins last night! Cannot believe it! Such a great feeling, last time I ran for that amount of time was a dreadful cross country school run at 13!
Kept looking at my shadow on the ground thinking that it was someone else, but no it was my silhouette jiggling along.
It’s so awesome, and I keep coming back to this forum by way of company and real inspiration.

I've seen a few posts that say W6R1 is quite difficult and I must agree. I ached all over for the first run. It's surprising how much that W5R3 takes out of you.
Definitely more demanding somehow. Mentally and physically. I wonder if in my mind I was so concerned about the 20 min run of week 5 that I wasn’t respectful enough of run 1/week 6! Not that I thought it would be easy but...🤔 I think it’s a stamina builder !
