Hi am new to running but have been a gym goer for years but have stopped going cos I've lost my mojo. Have put weight on since stopping so need to get back to doing something, a friend has told me about couch to 5k so thought I would try it.

Well done! I lost my mojo for the gym about 5 years ago. I started C25K in the summer and it has helped me enjoy exercising in general again, it’s a great programme, stick with it.

It’s got to be done to be believed. I started this year age 60 and now run 10k. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Hi and welcome,it's a great program to get your mojo back.

Good luck,I’m in much the same boat, used to run years ago and gave up. Just piling on the weight so decided to run again. Just started week 2 today and that one was a challenge! Keep going and you will feel better even if you don’t right now.
