Well I've got to W3R2 so think I might make it - I surprise myself every run I don't have much will power but so far I've not cheated or died!

I'll keep looking at the forum for information and reassurance that I can keep going.

Thanks all I'm going to try and keep it up - now just have to figure out how to stop my phone going bing every time someone posts something - the dog is going crazy!

Ha ha ! My dogs are the same :-)

You can go in your profile and change the settings so that you get a notification only when someone replies to a post you have written rather than someone posting a new post .

Sorry I haven't explained that very well, I have confused myself now ! :-D xxx

Well done! Always really disliked running before but this is a great programme (W4R2) if I can do it, anyone can. Keep it up!
