Well I've got to W3R2 so think I might make it - I surprise myself every run I don't have much will power but so far I've not cheated or died!

Scheduled to complete Wk3R3 tomorrow morning all being well, so far so good.

Well done! Always really disliked running before but this is a great programme (W4R2) if I can do it, anyone can. Keep it up!
