It's been four years since I last posted on here and i'm back!!
Some updates since my last post
- I've adopted a whole foods plant-based diet
- I've lost weight consistently and with little to moderate effort
- I'm HAPPY AND HEALTHY!
My new stats are:
Weight: 8 st 9 lbs (55kg)
Height: 5 ft 2.5 inch
BMI: 22.2 (finally in the healthy range, yay!!)
I'm very happy with how far I've come and now I want to tone up and increase my strength and fitness.
Any motivation OR questions about how I achieved this, please comment below - i'd love to help. I also really need a new lease of motivation to get myself past this comfortable phase. I want to continue to be in control of my health and not let bad habits control me!

I'd definitely encourage you to try this out for yourself. When I started it was all new to me, so I did a lot of research because there are so many fads out there and I was done with fads, I wanted something that was sustainable and achievable over the long term. I've found this way of eating and living to be so. I think part of the fun is learning more about it so i'm glad you're interested!
This video really impacted me and helped me to realise the effect that a poor diet has not only on my weight but my health. I also watched some other videos too (they'll probably come up in the suggested "watch next" list)
For recipes, I got some inspiration online, but I also LOVE to cook, so mostly I just experimented. I challenged myself to buy a new kind of fruit/vegetable a week and learn how to cook with it. This gave me confidence and now I have so many go to meals (such as stir fries, roasted vegetables, bean stew, soups and curries!)
Try this out and stay keen to learn.
Also, i'd love if you would keep me updated with how you progress!
