Just completed Week 5 run 3 which I was dreading! I was pleasantly surprised how well it went even with the last 2 minutes running up hill! I would never have been able to do this at the start. Looking forward to week 6!

Yes! Great run. Now you know you can do this, you just proved it. Slow and steady in the intervals at the start of week 6 and then you got this.
